Begin Right Where You Are.

You don't need a crisis, a diagnosis, or the perfect words to start. Maybe things feel a little heavy, a little flat, or a little louder than usual — that's reason enough. All you need to bring is a small flicker of curiosity.

Art has a quiet way of meeting us exactly where we are.

Creating Is the Point.

Many of us learned somewhere along the way that art is a talent — something you either have or you don't, and that creativity belongs to other people.

It doesn't. It belongs to you, too.

Art therapy isn't about making something beautiful. It's about making something honest — a mark, a color, a shape that holds what words can't quite reach. No training, talent, or fancy supplies required.

My role isn't to interpret you or fix you. It's to sit beside you, hold steady space, and let the creative process do what it naturally knows how to do.

This Might Be for You If…

You feel stuck and can't quite name why.

You're carrying something — grief, change, stress — and need a new way to move through it.

You want to reconnect with a part of yourself that's gone quiet.

You're curious about creativity but don't know where to start.

You've tried talking it out, and words only go so far.

You simply want to make something — and have someone hold space for that.

You don't have to relate to all of these. One is enough.

Take a Small First Step.

Reading this far already counts. That quiet pull toward something different, something creative, something that might help — it's worth listening to.

A discovery call is just a conversation. Thirty minutes, no commitment, no judgment. Two people talking about what might be possible.

I'd love to meet you there.
